The best eye clinic sevice experience ever!
I am giving this review of Dr. Shifrin for medical coding concerns related to treatment I received. I questioned the out of pocket expense with my insurance company to find I was charged a surgical expense for a similar procedure I received from my "dermatologist" just recently. I was annoyed that at Dr. Shifrin's office, I was questioned on a valid insurance card when I had been there just weeks prior. I took it under consideration that she was new & double checking. She made it known however, on what insurance will cover for which she considered a 10 minute surgical treatment. I will not make any return visits and am concerned of past insurance claims here.
The staff is absolutely phenomenal… I always ready and available to care of you when you walk in.. I love this place and will recommend my friends and family if needed eye care…

Multack Eye Care is the best optical ever.!!! I had my cataract surgery there. Dr Gilbertson is my Eye specialist. She is so kind and patient answers all your problems concerns. You never feel rushed Dr Marneris is the surgeon . He has a great sense of humor. I was very happy with him as well. During surgery he told me exactly what was happening to reassure my comfort. So pleased I so happy I chose them to take care of my vision…
Ever since I first contacted Multack Eye Care to plan for cataract surgery back in March '26 I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and kept informed of my progress. The staff, Sam, Erin, Emily, Angelina and others whose names escape me are the most engaging and thorough people I've ever met! The Frankfort office for care is highly recommended for excellent eye care.
