Dr. Multack and his staff are exceptional! They are highly qualified in their respective roles from check-in for appointments to post-op care and instructions. Dr. Multack is very thorough explaining each step of the process, including written instructions and follow-up dates. All of the staff are kind and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Multack. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My visit to Multack Eye Care Institute of Frankfort was one of those moments! After spending months visiting multiple ophthalmologists and optometrists, searching for clarity, answers, and a genuine understanding of my eye health, I finally walked into a place where everything began to make sense. It was like I heard the whispers between the words…. From the moment I arrived, I experienced something that was honestly beautiful and refreshingly different. The Frankfort team was absolutely outstanding—warm, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making every patient feel valued. The attention to detail was impeccable. The professionalism was top-shelf. The atmosphere was infectious. What impressed me most was not simply the quality of care, but the way that care was delivered. There was a remarkable combination of clinical excellence, patience, compassion, and thoughtful communication. I never felt like just another appointment on someone’s busy schedule. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. It was like coming home…..

I am giving this review of Dr. Shifrin for medical coding concerns related to treatment I received. I questioned the out of pocket expense with my insurance company to find I was charged a surgical expense for a similar procedure I received from my "dermatologist" just recently. I was annoyed that at Dr. Shifrin's office, I was questioned on a valid insurance card when I had been there just weeks prior. I took it under consideration that she was new & double checking. She made it known however, on what insurance will cover for which she considered a 10 minute surgical treatment. I will not make any return visits and am concerned of past insurance claims here.
The staff is absolutely phenomenal… I always ready and available to care of you when you walk in.. I love this place and will recommend my friends and family if needed eye care…

Multack Eye Care is the best optical ever.!!! I had my cataract surgery there. Dr Gilbertson is my Eye specialist. She is so kind and patient answers all your problems concerns. You never feel rushed Dr Marneris is the surgeon . He has a great sense of humor. I was very happy with him as well. During surgery he told me exactly what was happening to reassure my comfort. So pleased I so happy I chose them to take care of my vision…
