Had cataract surgery and was supposed to have lenses that would not necessitate the need to wear glasses. I was near sighted before surgery and only needed glasses for distance. Most of my work is closeup; reading, writing, laptop screen. Now i need “readers” which are incredibly inconvenient . When I complained I was told to just hold things further away to read!
