Dr. Figueroa and his staff are kind and easy to work with. They are quite flexible and were able to take me in without a referral. I would say communication is on par with other doctor's offices, which is to say that they generally are good at communicating but could use some improvement in the billing department. I was not reminded that I had a balance on my account but they were quick to help me reconcile that.
