LOVE DR. CHANG ....I CAN SEE AGAIN 👀
Absolutely disappointed with the front desk for this office. We recently moved to the area and were wanting to establish a new optometrist relationship here due to it's high rating. I attempted to schedule online first with the available 10:15am and 10:30am on August 25th that it was showing but for some reason it wasn't letting me push past the screen. I tried calling the office instead and was put on the phone with a man who seemed like he had an attitude right off the bat. I pushed past this attitude and was being as nice as I possibly could be throughout the call. When he was finally giving me the available times (not even who would be our optometrist) he said 12pm and 2:30pm. I mentioned that I might want to pass then because I was hoping to schedule the 10am as shown on the site for Dr. Bailey....and he just said "Okay" and hung up. No attempting to accommodate the time by providing another date...literally nothing but just hanging up on me. What terrible customer service all around. We will no be coming to this practice.

I had an excellent experience at Houston Eye Associates from start to finish. Mitchell was extremely friendly at check in, Jennifer, the technician, was incredibly friendly, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. She took the time to explain each step of the process and was very attentive. Dr. Terhune was professional, knowledgeable, and equally thorough. She answered all of my questions, took the time to explain my eye health clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The entire team at Houston Eye Associates was welcoming, the office was well organized, and the visit was efficient from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Houston Eye Associates to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Used doctors there for many years. Only draw back is the waiting due to what seems to be overlooking. Dr. Chen is a super retina specialist she has done wonders for both my mother & husband.
