Yesterday, my son who teaches CSU, was late for his class because he really had to stay with my husband with dr marsky. i am not well and could not go statler. We like him, but for us that is a no go anymore. I think it was Dr. Statler that we got at first and we literally waited an hour and a half the first time we saw. him.

No one checked on me in the little room for 45 min! No one apologized for long wait. Doc was dismissive of my concerns, talked over me, was very rough when shining bright light in my dilated eyes, I had never had that done before, and at the end no one informed me about how to get glasses. Assumed I knew or didn't care ...??? In speaking with friends, they gave me a referral for more respectful, kinder, and thorough place to go.
