Dr Alexandra Smith was personally engaged and thorough. Har assistant, April was organized and explained her process as she performed the many tests. I never felt ‘rushed’. This was a five star team and a great experience . Dave Janssen

This is the only good location. They are very insensitive and just brush you off at the other ECNC locations. I think the doctors forget they’re dealing with humans not numbers…. Anyway the Prospect location is a good place, sometimes it’s hard to get a call back. Dr. Santeli was great and kind, she’s since left the office.

Thanks for choosing Eye Center of Northern Colorado in Fort Collins for your eye health.The exam took over 1.5 hours (new tech, but we all must learn). The eye drops used to dilate were different. There were 2 different drops. I was 90% blinded as I walked out. Everything was solid yellow. I had to shuffle my feet to see if there was a curb at the sidewalk and shuffle across the parking lot to my car. I had to sit there for 20 minutes with my sun glasses before driving off. My vision was impacted on the 20 mile drive home and lasted for 8 hours. The "old" drops were much more tolerable...only caused light sensitivity.
