Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Everything went efficiently.
The fact that I had another very positive experience with Dr. Schmitz is no surprise. She is such a welcome addition to the staff at TCEC and I feel very fortunate that she is my optometrist. Her casual approach and warm personality are highlights of her style. I like how she is open to discussing ideas related to eye health that most people might dismiss. I also very much appreciated her aid, Emily, whose style mimics that of Dr. Schmitz. I felt in good hands with both of them and I liked the way they treated me as a person, not just as a subject on a sheet. Thank you to them for making my experience last Friday a very positive one!
