I had cataract surgery with Dr. Gicheru at Laser Care Eye Center, and the whole team made it a wonderful experience. A special thank-you to David for the great conversation about just about everything besides surgery—it really put me at ease! Shannon at the front desk was welcoming, Ashley and Dani helped coordinate all the scheduling, and Deborah patiently answered my many questions. Dr. Gicheru took the time to explain everything clearly, and I always felt comfortable asking questions and sharing feedback. Everyone made me feel heard and well cared for throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Gicheru and this team to anyone considering cataract surgery or LASIK. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!
I came to visionary eye expecting a complicated and long surgery. I was really surprised when Dr. Shez told me the short time the surgery was going to take. The surgery went well and now I see 20/13 with my right eye. I reached that vision not even 24 hours after my surgery. The employees and all of the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They made me feel at ease during my surgery. I fully recommend Dr. Shez to anyone needing their vision corrected.
One of the best decisions of my life!!! Dr. Shehz and his staff are phenomenal. They are all very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely kind. From my consultation to the surgery aftercare I have nothing but praise for everyone. As a 60 year old patient with high myopia issues (-9.50), I have needed some form of glasses or contacts for at least 55 of those years. Now add in the recent need for reading glasses in every room, I was ready for a change. After an exam and thorough testing, Dr. Shehz recommended Custom Lens Replacement. The procedure was painless, fast and best of all I could see immediately. With the first eye completed, along with great vision, I also stopped needing my reading glasses. Now that both eyes are done, it has been amazing to be without contacts. I can even read the fine print on menus and medication pamphlets! I would do it all over again!!!
