Had to wait almost an hour to be seen by a certified aid. waited in another room 15 min to see another aid. saw Dr Woods for a very short time after waiting in a third room. Total time spent was 2hr 10min. My scheduled annual appointment was with Dr Reeve who retired last Sept. I was surprised by the change in doctors.

Also didn’t give me copies of everything I signed when I couldn’t see due to dilation.
