Response from the ownerMahalo for the stars, Paul!Online check in was a waste of time. I check in on the app. It tells me it will text me 30 min prior to my appointment time. When I arrive to the floor and area of my appointment. I respond to the text letting them know I arrive. I got a response issue with my appointment. I go back down to stand in line to speak to someone who just redirected me back to the same floor and area I was just in. No explanations.

Urgent care employee behind the desk has no knowledge about where to go to get shingle shot. She's not a great asset at kaiser honolulu. Happen 6 minutes ago. I been a member for over 35 yrs. 1ST time to get my shingle shot.

I explained to the rep that the frames I bought felt crooked she told me I was wrong. Next time I’ll just take me prescription elsewhere for glasses.
