This name has always been synonymous with exceptional service, and of course it did not fail again. Much time was taken with me. I never felt that they were in a hurry or had another appointment. They have been straightforward in their diagnosis and how to care for my particular problem. I definitely recommend this clinic.
Most was fine except waits in small rooms. One time before I found some and complained. This time after waiting awhile, I grabbed my phone for time. It was 10:57. At 11:20 I went out to tell the lady I was leaving as I had been in the room over 20 min. No let see how long they will be or trying to stop me. Ok she says what is your last name. Their is a sign saying short staffed. But really. At least at Dr office they say no more than 15 min
The staff was friendly and thorough. The doctor took time to address my questions and concerns. I appreciated not feeling rushed even though the office was obviously busy.
My office experience was OK, but --. Arrived on schedule for my appointment at 8:40am. Around 9:30 am, my wife received a call from the Dr. office asking where I was. After a moment of panic, she explained that I had left over an hour ago. The other person said she would check, and after a few minutes came back on the line and said "he just arrived". Staff should be made aware of how customers react to such messages!
Had an eye tear that occured.. Dr. Hartford recommended me to Dr. Slingsby who saw me the same day and lasered the tear to prevent further damage. Super pleased with Dr.'s and staff at both offices.
Dr. Welke is awesome. Easy to work with, kind, professional, skilled. Highly recommend her.
The staff is friendly and professional. The eye tests they run are important for eye health. The reason I gave them four stars and not five is that the appointment time and when they actually call you in always run a little late.
