Even though I did have an anxiety attack and a non epileptic seizure, Dr.Vicky Renn was so amazing and she definitely took care of me amazingly! She is highly recommended by me!
Dr. Emily Witsberger's staff got me into clinic next day because I had an acute eye issue (turned out to be very benign thankfully). The schedulers were very nice. Her assistant who checked me in and did the initial eye exams was very knowledgeable. Dr. Witsberger was very thorough with her exam and able to find that I had stye underneath my eyelid. She also looked at my insurance before prescribing my medication to make sure it was covered.
Takes six months to get a an appointment for a dermatologist. I called to make an appointment in June, and there was nothing available until December, so I reluctantly scheduled it then. In August, I received a call that the appointment had been cancelled because the doctor was skipping work that day, and the next opening wasn't until March of next year.
I found this place very well organized. It’s open and clean and full of helpful people. This is my third visit and I’ll have eye surgery this time.! I have total confidence in my Doctor. Dr. Weikert. Jamail is a great place.
Two hour wait. Would be helpful if they just had a scheduling workflow to notify patients their appointment time would be moved an hour out.
The doctor was very kind and they do the best job that I could find I really appreciate what they did for me. Thank you so much
