Surgery Dept and staff are wonderful and caring. They really make you feel important and well informed of what's going on. I wouldn't hesitate with my needs being in their hands.
Kaiser is the worst place you could go to especially when you need a appointment for your foot and I have to wait until August 17 and I’ve been trying to get in sooner and I’ve been trying to get an MRI because I’m on my feet for eight hours, I work at a hospital and I can’t even get in or take a MRI until I see the doctor. I feel like it’s crazy because my ankle is burning and it’s getting worse and it’s like they don’t care. I think I’m going to change insurance and try to get an MRI somewhere else because nothing is being done. I would’ve recommend Kaiser. The last time I got checked, I had a little bit of scar tissue. This ankle is one I had surgery on and it’s not burning for nothing so I’m going to leave this review so people can see how Kaiser works.

Both the doctor and the medical assistant were terrible—inattentive and completely disengaged. One star.
I am happy and blessed with the care I receive at the Woodland Hills Kaiser Permanente Facility.
I have receive a great customer experience from Department 3 south team members. Specially coming from nurse Ben. This is example all Kaiser should follow specifically Sunset Emergency Room whom happens to have the worst customer experience ever.
ANYONE concerned with finding an AMAZING ORTHOPEDIC Surgeon, STOP NOW. Whether it's hip or knee surgery etc. I LOVE Dr. Joseph Antonios ! He is one of the few still at Kaiser, that get the job done right while making the patient feel heard taken care of. He is patient, thorough, kind, EXCELLENT bedside manner, and a great surgeon. He made sure during my follow ups, he didn't do excessive x-ray's to protect me. He will be VERY honest with what he thinks is the best options for the patients, before, during, and after surgery. With the patients input and opinions in mind. I am VERY happy with where I am in my 8 months post op. I was VERY scared about having this surgery, but I felt everything would be ok after my 1st consultation. He is out of Kaiser Woodland Hills, Ca. Pass on this review to someone in the area who needs him.
