Dr Pizio is the best! She will not tell you that you need cataract surgery when you don't. One Dr told me to schedule with him right away a few years ago. I went to Dr Pizio for a second opinion and she said that I didn't need surgery yet. She's easy to talk to and very professional.

I have been seeing Dr Pizio off and on since the mid-90s. it is now time to have cataract surgery and she is the best doctor to perform this surgery. She is an independent doctor not a corporate doctor she puts her patients first. If anyone has any type of eye problems I highly recommend you see her . She has an outstanding reputation in Las Vegas and her staff is kind helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend her and her practice
Dr Pizio is the most experienced doctor and surgeon in Las Vegas. She did my cataract two years ago and I was pleased with the outcome. She introduced herself before taking me to the operating room and she is very calming and that helps me a great deal because I was very nervous. I am going to miss her because her new location is not convenient for me and Green Valley is 15 minutes from my house. I wish her the best!
My wife and I each had cataract surgery between 25 and 30 years ago here in Las Vegas. My situation was that each of my eyes was worse than 20/1000. We moved away to the San Francisco area for six years and then moved back to Las Vegas. I would give Dr. Pizio 6 stars if I could. She was able to correct my right eye to 20/20 with the cataract surgery. Her scheduler at the time wanted to schedule the second eye two weeks after the first surgery. She told the scheduler that the second surgery had to be one week, not two weeks, after the first surgery because of the large corrections. She did not want me to have no lense in my glasses for the right eye and a coke bottle lense in the eye waiting to be operated on. The right eye had other issues for which a retinologist in the San Francisco area should be left alone. He did comment that whoever did the cataract surgery did a fantastic job both removing the cataracts and correcting the vision in BOTH eyes. We had no eye issues immediately after the surgery and any other time since the surgery.
Dr Pizio is efficient and professional. Her office is run as a machine. I absolutely loved the care and the and the staff was amazing!! Thank you.
The staff was courteous and professional. The facility was clean and in order. I was delighted and comfortable. I enjoyed communicating with each person. I highly recommend Dr. Pizio and her team. Looking forward to catarac surgery. Pastor Ken Arbuckle
