Great people. Made the experience as pleasant as possible.
Good experience. Especially the team at Ontario Surgery Center. Wow. What a team!
My experience with Vision Quest Medical Center Meridian and Vision Quest Surgical Center Boise has been an excellent one! Dr Capps did an excellent job on my cataract surgeries and the staff were so friendly, helpful and concerned for my comfort. Dr Bewley at the Meridian office kindly answered my questions as did Dr Capps at my very first consultation. I highly recommend Vision Quest for your eye care should you be looking for cataract and glaucoma care.
The whole process was really simple and the staff was very professional and did a great job of explaining the process and making me feel at ease.
Everyone was very helpful and professional to my wife. Plus I got some chocolate to top it all with off
Dr. Mong and all the staff at Vision Quest created a very comfortable and efficient experience! I am so thankful that I was able to have the procedure in Ontario Oregon, close to my home! And, best of all, my vision is now AMAZING! Thank you to everyone at Vision Quest!
Records were not available the following day at the same company. The following week at the referring optometrist, records were not available. At both of these vists my questions were not fully answered. At the week after appointment, it was apparent to me that the doctor was working in the dark because of a dearth of information. When I requested records in person at the Meridian location, I was told that I would need to go to the Boise location. ALSO - that they would have to be "approved " before release to me. They are MY RECORDS. I should be able to see them almost immediately upon demand. My trust level is very low now. Here I am, THREE DAYS LATER at this location. These people STILL won't give me my records. Furthermore, they say I need to sign yet ANOTHER release but won't give me the form to sign. They say the release of the release form has to be "approved". WOW! What are they trying to hide? Right from the very first, you will be treated as if you the patient are there for them instead of the other way around. When your records are missing, and the rest of your care team needs them; Oh well! If you call them out about this, you will be spoken to with condescension and disrespect. You will be told that you are "frustrated". As if you are a child. What a nasty attitude. This place is just an assembly line. Don't go here! DON'T TRUST THEM! YOUR EYES ARE JUST RAW MATERIAL INPUT FOR THEIR FACTORY LINE! THEY HIDE BEHIND DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES. Here I am again now, almost 2 months later. STILL suffering because of the botched surgery on my eye! DON'T GO HERE! I am suffering so much because of what they did to my eye! I am now afraid of glaucoma or even blind in one eye, maybe both eventually. I begged them for help the day after surgery! They wanted nothing to do with me!
Dr. Capps is an amazing doctor I appreciate how she is very kind during our visit . She Explains and answers all and any questions we have Thankyou Dr. Capps and vision quest of Meridian
Everyone there was so helpful, kind, caring and efficient. They were Abe to accommodate me very quickly which is not so easy anymore. Clean offices, easy parking. Haven’t seen the doctor yet but was very impressed so far
