The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Natalie was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Dr Ostler explained everything so I would feel comfortable with the procedure I required. All in all my experience was very professional and pleasant.
It was an astounding experience! The place ran like a Swiss clock. We arrived, checked in, waited briefly, then went in for prep. Everyone was professional, affable, and kind. Surgery was quick and technically very interesting to me, and shortly Dr. Dr. Ostler stopped by after to see how i was doing post surgery. The nurses, anesthetist and staff were all personable, yet businesslike. After that, I was carted out in a wheelchair and released to my driver. Total time about an hour and a half!
