Wonderful exp at the oral surgery clinic. Super friendly staff that actually explained the paperwork, and the rest of the staff was wonderful, fast, efficient, friendly and offered numerous ways to help my severe TMJ. I had been going to a different oral surgeon for the last 5 months and just new I needed to get to a UAB dr. Portal makes it so easy to communicate and keep all my Drs in the same portal, able to see my treatments from other drs. UAB saved my life from breast cancer, and I always have a good experience with the various drs I see.
UAB Hoover's ENT staff were attentive. The scheduled audiometric test was not available that afternoon and they recommended rescheduling rather than paying twice out of pocket for non network care. I appreciated that.
Great doctors and staff. Lots of parking . Can get bloodwork done onsite.
