UAB Hoover's ENT staff were attentive. The scheduled audiometric test was not available that afternoon and they recommended rescheduling rather than paying twice out of pocket for non network care. I appreciated that.
Great doctors and staff. Lots of parking . Can get bloodwork done onsite.
Made an appointment with new PCP who was accepting new patients over 6 months ago for late August appointments which was first available. Today, July 9th received text stating my appointment was canceled and to call to reschedule. Then was told by scheduler the doctor is NO LONGER accepting any new patients! They only have one provider who is and he is scheduled through the end of December. Totally and completely unacceptable !!
