This response is provided on behalf of Ochsner Health.Dr. Guillmette (Dr. G) is a wonderful Doctor. I was so nervous about having my cataracts surgery I could not think straight. I had thoughts of rescheduling so many times. I met Dr. Guillmette and all my fears vanished. Dr. G. talked and explained everything to me and answered all my questions and even answered some I hadn’t asked. He listens and show concern not just listening because he is passing time. In the surgery room I knew I had the right Doctor because I asked God to let my Mother be with me and let me know if I will be okay with Dr. G. Well guess what ? When I was rolled into the room Dr.Guillmette had on Motown music and that was my Mother music she taught my sisters and I how to hand dance. I highly recommend Dr. Guillmette to anyone having cataract removal. God Bless
