Dr Notaroberto called me personally and left a message for me because I had complained about the long wait. He explained to me things I didn’t understand. He was very sincere and has done follow up with me again which I really appreciated. I think he is a true Christian and I believe he took my criticism to heart And explain several things to me. He Stated that he wanted to be the best doctor he could be, and he was always looking for improvement. It takes a really big person to Listen to questions and concerns and address them. I truly appreciate this man and feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.
I just completed my follow-up on my left eye from cataract surgery. Had cataracts removed from right and left eyes. Dr Notoroberto called me when we were discussing the need for the left eye to be for distance and close-up. He is a great, caring dr. No more eyeglasses to drive or reading glasses for close-up! Loving the results!!! Wouldn’t go to anyone else for vision needs!
Performed cataract surgery. Visual clarity outcome good. Did not diagnose another problem until after two surgeries. Original symptoms are neurological and diagnosed after the cataract surgeries. Poor communication. Has been one year since last visit. Worst bedside manner. Insulted my wife with his attitude. Unless you just need a pair of glasses, there are better and more personal eye doctors on the Northshore. Good luck doc, and you might want to readjust your attitude. God doesn't like ugly. 😊
