Always treated with such respect

We had to wait in two separate waiting rooms for over an hour to see the doctor. Almost had to leave the office as the entire process took far too long. Seems as if they greatly overbooked appts. Only to have a 5 minute appt with the doctor.

Dr Sheehan is excellent and we feel very comfortable and extremely satisfied with his service. It could not be any better and we appreciate it very much.
Wait times are very short in this office and all of the staff, from checking in and out, Rogan who did my initial screening tests and the Dr Sheehan, were all very friendly, relaxed yet professional and treated me like a partner in eye care rather than talking AT me. It's always like that there. Dr Sheehan is so good about recommending good healthy living over fads or easy-sale products or procedures. I have the utmost of respect for and appreciation of everyone at MES. I walked out with my new prescription, walked across the reception room to the glasses business and filled my lenses prescription. So convenient and always a good experience.

Dr. Sheehan recommended this procedure and my vision has improved considerably. Everything is much brighter and clearer. I had a great doctor in Seattle and am grateful to have DR. Sheehan now in Bozeman.

Fr. Sheehan is thorough and very approachable and his assistants are knowledgeable and cheerful.

Some kind of anomolous delay. He was pleasant and direct and after a couple of minutes it was over.
