Dr. Lance Ferguson, MD

Dr. Ferguson is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist based in Lexington, KY, with over 81,000 ophthalmic procedures and nearly 51,000 cataract surgeries performed. He holds board certifications in both cataract and LASIK surgery from the American Board of Eye Surgery and voluntarily recertifies every seven years. A magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and a medical graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Ferguson has served as President of the American College of Eye Surgeons and actively contributes to national and international ophthalmic education. In addition to authoring peer-reviewed articles and speaking globally, he mentors future surgeons as an assistant professor and adjunct clinical professor at multiple institutions. His dedication to excellence in eye care has earned him recognition as a Fellow of the Society for Excellence in Eye Care.
