2024 for right eye cataract at age 59. Dr Tekwani got irritated during procedure because I kept moving (which I didn’t realize while sedated) snapped at me to hold still and jerked my chin to turn my head. My daughter told me later that I said “he’s mean”, which I don’t remember. My vision has been clearer with my left eye with a contact. I recently found out I need to have my left eye done AND after that, I should see about having the film or something, removed on my right eye. Needless to say, not going back to Tekwani.
Had cataract surgery with Doctor Tekwani three years ago. Continue to have 2020 vision without glasses at 71 years old. Dr. Reynolds and all of the staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Really really good place!
The Dr. Tekwani is great. The front desk staff is unkind. They left us siting for over an hour after our appointment time even though we arrived early. At least 10 people who came in after us were taken back before us. I politely asked why a number of times. We were finally told we would be next only to have two more people called back. When asked again the receptionist continued to be short and rude. After waiting for another 5-10 minutes a tech eventually took us back to a room. Really disappointing.
Dr Tekwani performed my cataract surgery in 2024 and everything went really well. I recently had to return to his office for further evaluation. My appointment was at 10:15 and I was there on time. By 10:45, I was asked by the office staff if I would be ok to see a different doctor so I didn’t have to wait as long. I agreed, and was finally seen at 11. During the session, they dilated my eyes, which I did not know they were going to do, and then I was not given any type of eye covering when I left the office. The staff person that I had to make appointments with was very hurried and at that point I left by 1130. I did not feel it was a good appointment for me and I was frustrated when I left.

Did my cataract surgery and I'm 69 yrs old. I was extremely nervous but this Dr was absolutely awesome. It was a piece of cake and it's amazing how good my vision is. I highly recommend him.
My husband and myself visited DrTekwani for our first annual eye exams at this practice.. easy experience .. we found his staff and the doc very professional and friendly .. we were relieved to know now in our 70s our eyesight has no issues,. No need for cataract surgery or signs of glaucoma. We highly recommend Dt Tekwani !
