Excellent experience. Dr. Silverstein is informative, thorough & has empathy with his patients. The staff is the BEST in town! 5overall. Even though I have a chronic eye disease, he has done everything he and his staff have done everything they can to make improvements my vision. I appreciate that!
The guy is a whirlwind. He comes into the room spouts off Dr speak for what is wrong and what the prescription and instructions should be. The nurse writes it down and then they go to check you out. No one bothers to translate what just happened or how to use the medicine or treatment. This has now happened 3 times. We tried to quit him as a dr but my daughter had an urgent problem and he could get us in quick. I really dislike going there though.
He has been my Dads (Jimmie G) Dr for a long time and my Dad really likes him
We have been using Dr. Silverstein since 2001. He is a very good professional doctor. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else.
