Dr. Scott LaBorwit is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery, and the President and Founder of Select Eye Care. He completed his residency at the Krieger Eye Institute and a glaucoma fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins. Dr. LaBorwit also serves as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins and holds leadership roles within Vision Innovation Partners.

Dr. Scott LaBorwit is a highly respected ophthalmologist with advanced expertise in cataract, refractive, and glaucoma surgery. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the Krieger Eye Institute of Sinai Hospital and went on to complete a glaucoma fellowship at the renowned Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. LaBorwit is deeply involved in ophthalmic education and innovation. He serves as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology on the part-time faculty at the Wilmer Eye Institute and is the Clinical Advisory Chair for Vision Innovation Partners. I had cataract surgery on September 10 and I have to say Dr Williamson and her staff are very good. I would highly recommend them if you need any kind of eye surgery. I also had Dr Haugen see me twice since my post Surgery he’s also another doctor that I would recommend to everyone . The staff year is incredible and I would recommend everyone to them

Dr Williamson just did my cataract surgery and omg I am beyond happy, it’s only been 3 days and I don’t have any swelling or pain, everyone that works in the office are soo kind and thoughtful and where I went to get my surgery done everyone at the surgery center were also sooo kind and soo nice and thoughtful im so glad I chose Select Eye Care for my eye surgery I would recommend them to my friend's and my neighbors, I have one more little procedure to get done in the office
Dr Williamson is the best 10/10 surgeon and after-care physician. She takes time to discuss the treatment options and plan so that it is an informed approach to care. She is personable and professional, inspires confidence! Front office staff is meh.
