Start to finish-from first surgery to final adjustment—it took two and a half months—but it was worth it. I’m very happy with my vision. 20-20 distance. My reading vision goal was to be able to tell the difference between the shampoo and conditioner bottles while in the shower at a hotel. And now I can! I can’t say enough about every member of the Chu vision staff—from the guy who checks you in at the front door to Dr. Chu, himself. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, efficient.

Have liked all the doctors, nurses and all assistants. Information they share through the internet and texting is great. Their reminders come at the perfect time to remind you of something we need to be doing at home and informs you of what’s going to happen at the next visit. There is a lot of communications, but not too much. The results of the two surgeries I recently have had is better than I expected. I am glad I was referred to the Chu Institute for the surgery.

Very positive experience! Staff goes out of their way to assist. Everything is explained and questions are answered. Very knowledgeable on procedures and processes. Dr Chu is a very concerned individual and takes care of his patients. Highly recommend his facility.
