Dr. Horn is a wonderful doctor and person! The office staff are very professional, kind and helpful. In 2009 I had cataract surgery and corrective lenses implanted. In Feb of this year (2026) my right eye started to cloud over , got progressively worse until I could no longer read street signs! My original surgeon’s office had closed taking my records with them. I found Dr. Horn and he has given me my vision and confidence back!! Thank you Dr. Horn and thank you to the small village that is his office staff. They helped make my experience flawless. Highly recommend!
Words cannot express my amazing experience with Dr.Horn at Vision for Life! Having bad vision was disabling for me and now my world is clear, bright and colorful again! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable at all times. Vision is truly a gift and Vision for Life is the place that gives that gift!
