The reviews and awards led me to Dr. Horn and I am so thankful that it did. His staff made the experience very personal and truly cared about my wellbeing. The surgery itself made my anxiety peak, but Dr. Horns professionalism made it a smooth procedure. 24 hours post surgery, I had 20/20 or better vision that I had not had in 20 years. Dr. Horn and his wonderful staff made Lasik and easy decision! 5 Stars!!

After years, 52 to be exact of being told, “Michelle you will just have to live with your vision not being that great. There is nothing we can do to fix your astigmatism. With corrective lenses ( contacts or glasses) this is as good as it gets for you.” Decades.i heard this, then new technology would come out and I would go and have them tell me, you do not qualify for this with astigmatism. Sadly I would go back to my contacts and glasses and then add reading glasses to the mix. Try going to the beach with contacts, reading glasses and sun glasses on top. Then I found Dr. Horn, I went in expecting him to tell me the same thing. Nope, wrong, Dr. Horn gave me the Greatest gift. The gift of sight. After he fixed my eyes, yes my astigmatism, I can now open my eyes and see the world. Not with ok sight, with Amazing sight. Plus not only is he a talented surgeon he cares for his patients as if each one was a part of his family. His entire staff was wonderful and caring. Shea was EXTRA special to me and she went out of her way to make me feel loved and cared for throughout the entire process. There are not enough stars to give them both!, it would be millions! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!! Please don’t take “no” or “that’s as good as it gets for you” as an answer, call Dr. Horn and he can and wants to help you. Doctors/surgeons are not "fungible". There are bad ones, good ones, and excellent ones. The truly gifted surgeons aren't unicorns, but they are very rare. I looked for an exceptional eye surgeon and I'm grateful I found one. Dr. Horn was very sensitive to my concerns, explained the procedure and exuded confidence that we'd have a good result. I'm seeing 20/15 and I'm seeing the vividness of colors and other details that I haven't seen in years. I had night blindness before the surgery and now I can drive at night with no haloes around oncoming headlights. I'm seeing like I haven't seen since I was in my twenties. And as good as Dr. Horn is, he has an equally wonderful staff. Competent, friendly and attentive to every detail. Five stars across the board. I owe a big thank you to Dr. Horn and his fabulous staff!

I had such a wonderful experience meeting Dr. Horn and his staff. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. After undergoing a thorough examination, Dr. Horn explained their findings. He asked me what outcome I was hoping to experience, and then explained his surgical lens implant choice and why he felt it would give me the best outcome. Full transparency after being a good listener was my first impression of Dr. Horn. I had a dry eye issue after wearing contacts for 50+ years and he corrected that problem before we started as a team to figure out the next steps. Over those four weeks I interfaced with his " team" of professionals, Shea, Jamie, and Ryan to prepare for the first eye surgery day.
