i have no issue with Dr. Shultz nor Dr. Van. Dr. Shultz did a great job on my cataracts last year. Dr. Van has been giving me excellent follow up exams these past two years. what bothers me is the long wait i have to endure during both my last year and this year's appointments. last year i had to wait for over forty minutes. i had to complain and raise my voice (and blood pressure) since my patience ran out. this year the same thing happened with the same rise in blood pressure and loss of patience. i don't know what's wrong with your time management or scheduling system, but obviously things haven't improved with this recurrent problem. you may not be losing your patients, but your patients are losing their patience.

This is a very challenging problem that most busy practices face as we cannot predict the amount of time each patient requires to be seen. In addition medical emergencies arise throughout the day that can put us behind schedule. My recommendation is to request first appt of morning or afternoon as those time slots are the most predictable for patients Respectfully Mitchell Shultz MDDr assistants & Dr. take great care and are hard working with patients Thx 🙏 But last few years Dr M.Shultz was unsuccessful in treating my left eye glaucoma A few times and this year also he tried to insert a small stent in my left eye since march 2026 but I found out in Yerevan Armenia at lilit Oskanyan at Malayan eye center that my inserted stent is misplaced with a angle and is scraping my inset left eye … This morning I feel the pain in my left eye and can’t open it without pain I am lucky that Dr lilit Oskanyan had assigned 3,kinds of of eye drops thankfully it helps me till she replaces old stance a synthetic stent Soon So I don’t recommend Dr Shultz doing any glaucoma operations on your eyes without any guarantee from him I personally don’t recommend or respect his work at all Beautiful it’s the 2nd time he was unsuccessful On my left He might be good for other operations
Dr Shultz is amazing I’ve been dealing with different eye issues including eye rosacea .. I started seeing him few months ago and he patiently and carefully answered all my questions and concerns. His IPL sessions helped alleviate my symptoms. He keeps up with all the new findings. I really appreciate his office as well as they are all kind and caring. Thank you Dr and staff 🫶

The questions asked prior to my visit were ridiculous. If my vision changed then of course I need a new prescription but if it hasn't I don't. I wouldn't know that prior to the appointment. The entire conversation was beyond crazy. My previous visit was excellent with none of this nonsense. Besides the parking situation being horrible the office staff need training.
Unfortunately.. My mom vision is worse After cataract surgery ?and doctor Shultz could not find anything wrong. No swelling, no bleeding, and he says it’s just about time to healing she’s still have pain and worst vision. Is almost 3 months now ?
