Everyone there was so friendly and helpful!! I loved Dr. Matthews! She is so personable and friendly, and I am excited for her to do surgery so that I can see again and remove my cataracts!

Excellent customer service. Although I did have a problem making appointment once. I think I had to call four times in a row and got hung up on or just left on hold, it scared me thinking that you would be working on my eyes. Eyes, I did some research, and you have a very good review. I found that to be true. Your service was terrific. I think you should let clients know that they are getting a new lens that is geared to improving sight. The only thing I knew is that I was having a cataract surgery. That's a very generic term for me. I was shocked to find out that my vision was approved. It was a good shock but it's something people should know. Also the eye drops that I put in. I do it as prescribed because I want a good outcome. I researched it online and those prescriptions are very potent and it was suggested that they may raise your blood pressure. No one told me that no one told me to make sure it doesn't go into my tear duct. I had no idea eye drops could be so potent. Next week I get by second eye done which means 12 drops in one eye and eight in another each day for a week. Again, that is a lot of drugs going into your eye. People should just have a heads up on that. Otherwise I'm tickled to death that my site was improved and my cataract is gone. Can't wait to get back in there and get the other eye done. Thanks to all everyone was friendly.
My sight tested 20/20 for distance 2 days after Custom surgery. Very pleased.

We appreciate your kind words about our doctors and staff, and we're glad you always have a great experience with us!I was there for a yag (outpatient procedure used to restore clear vision after cataract surgery). The process is extremely efficient. The surgery itself went quickly (just a few minutes). The following day (today), my eyesight doesn’t seem to be any better than prior to the procedure. There seems to be “clouds” that pass across my right eye and vision (in that eye) within 10-15 feet seems somewhat worse. Any change in left eye is minimal.
