I had my LASIK procedure yesterday and returned today for my post-op appointment. My experience has been wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received from the entire team. Dr. Bindi was phenomenal. He guided me through the procedure with care and reassurance, helping me feel relaxed and comfortable every step of the way. Renee and Jennifer are so welcoming and personable—they make you feel like a friend you’ve known for years. Sara is also incredibly sweet and funny, bringing even more warmth to the experience. Thank you all for making such an important moment in my life feel so positive and comfortable. Your kindness and genuine care mean so much!

I’ve worn glasses most of my adult life and had always been told the was nothing to be done because I have Astigmatism .Thankfully I found the Laser Eye Center! After a quick consultation and a short pain free lens replacement surgery I can see better on DAY ONE, than I could with glasses!! I’m so excited to look forward to glasses free life! Very welcoming bunch of professional. I like that I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The process was very none invasive. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. What I appreciate about them is that they weren’t desperate to get my business. Unfortunately I wasn’t a candidate because of the quality of my eyes. And I appreciate that they were honest.
I had a great experience at Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley. The staff was very friendly, professional, and informative throughout my visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions about LASIK and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable everyone was. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with the Laser Eye Center. Our mum wore glasses for about 15 years and now it’s like we get to experience her again like we remember from childhood. Everyone we worked with was am absolute delight and treated my mum with the utmost respect, professionalism and kindness. Big shout outs to Renee who was instrumental and made us feel so comfortable, Dr. Koushik who was impressive, charming, and made us feel very safe, Jennifer who handled communications and who made us feel happy first thing when we walked in, and Sara who was a delight, explained the pre-op so well and definitely left an impression. These are just the people I got to meet during the process, so a shout out also to everyone I didn’t get to meet who at every moment throughout silently reassured us that our mum’s eyes were in good hands. In addition to the experience with the doctors and staff, the ambiance of the offices were great, with music, snacks coffee, and air conditioning to keep us cool and comfortable while we waited, and a slew of patient testimonials that each rung true and were diverse in background and need. And I would be remiss and incomplete if I didn’t say a little word about how easy and fun the post-op process was. I say fun because mum definitely did her best Big Lebowski impression the rest of the day following her operation with her brightness reducing glasses which reminded me of those old HD wraparounds from the tv ads. There was also a weekend at Bernie’s reference made while she slept and rested, only in jest of course. To sum it up, this process was tier one, and an eye-opening (I couldn’t resist…) masterclass in how a medical office should treat its patients. 10/10 wholeheartedly endorse for anyone considering mending their eyesight.
