A professional staff and great doctors.
Drs and Staff are very Professional I’m comfortable with the service rendered
Had eyelid surgery and am well pleased with surgery, doctor and staff, only negative comment I have is waiting room is too small.
Response from the ownerGlad your surgery was a success. Thank you for the feedback about the waiting room. We appreciate it.As a disabled veteran I'm struggled with my vision since enlisting in the Marine Corps July of 1984. I entered the service with 20/20 vision and by September of 1986 I was in corrective lenses. Life for me would never be the same as my vision drastically deteriorated. I worked in administrative field with an IBM Displaywriter III CRT system 8 to 12 hours a day. I didn’t realize the damages daily to my vision. I just worked and did what a Marine was trained to do. I didn’t realize how bad my vision had become until diagnosed with Keratoconus and subsequently 2 corneal transplants. Life has been rough under VA care the past 34 + years and I prayed for a good doctor outside of VA. I was referred out by VA Community Care to this office and immediately felt the empathy and care from the entire staff. I finally feel I'm headed towards a better care path and I'm totally humbled for grace & mercy only God can provide. **Update 8/26/26.. I have reached out multiple times and no one will return the call...

You’re in good hands with our Clay Eye team!I have a great Dr. and the staff is great too. They are all nice and polite I like everyone there. They explain everything that’s going to happen.

Response from the ownerThank you!I had a concern and they made an appointment for me quickly. During the appointment, everything was explained and my concerns were addressed. Very professional. I have been seeing Clay eye for over 10 years and I have not been disappointed
Response from the ownerThank you for 10 years of trust in our team. Happy to hear that we accommodated you quickly and explained what was going on with your eyes.I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Day did it him and his staff is amazing. I love this Eye Doctor, then went back a couple of days ago with my right eye checking on glaucoma and after some research, he said it was just a big nerve at the back of my eye. I couldn’t be happier with this Doctor
Response from the ownerDr. Day is wonderful and we're glad you think so too! Thanks for sharing!
