Could not have gotten a better result. Everyone in Clermont made what could be a scary surgery so easy. From the nurses, fantastic, to Lauren in finance, a sweetheart, to Dr Hunter, very gentle, this experience was easy. Recovery has been great. I could see immediately. They get my top recommendation.

The whole team at Magruder are professionals. I am an engineer and before my surgery I was "Mr. Research". I did research for hours on all the types of lenses available in todays market. I asked many questions and had meetings prior to the surgery. Dr. Hunter and Lauren were very patient with my questions and concerns. Ultimately the Bausch and Lomb Aspire lenses, which is what Dr. Hunter recommended in the first appointment, were the lenses used for my eyes. They were set up for mini mono vision. Just a -0.5 adder for my non dominant eye. I had surgery on Wednesday completed around 1pm. The staff were so professional and pleasant. I felt completely confident in their abilities. My post op appointment was the following day at 11am. In less than 24 hours my vision was 20/20. Incredible!!! I always had 20/20 vision until, like everyone else, I reached my mid forties. The beginning of using readers. Fast forward 20 years and I was wearing progressive trifocals all day every day. When I woke up the day after surgery I went into my bathroom, turned on the light and it was like I had never been in the room before! Everything was so crystal clear! Let me tell you it is a feeling I will never forget. Its hard to believe my vision was this good in my younger years because over the last 20 years it has gone downhill very slowly. I guess you get used to it. Today, 2 days post op, I am sitting here with no glasses typing out this review letter with Magruder Laser accuracy. Pun intended. :) These guys changed my life for sure. I can continue to get my pilots license with confidence. Work on my classic cars and do wood working glasses free. Well of course use safety glasses. I did buy safety glasses with 1.0 readers so when I am closer than about 14 inches to my work it will help. Other than that my vision is 1000% better! They also offer 0% financing for 24 months so if you are on the fence about the cost that is a great option. Even if you have to get a second part time job to make the payments you will not regret it. I could go on and on and on and on because I am so happy with the outcome. Do yourself a favor and go get this done. It will change your life! Is it a bit nerve-racking to take the plunge and have eye surgery? Of course. Would I do it again? Without hesitation! Dr. Hunter I want to thank you so much for your talents and all of the staff at your office. You have a great team. I am so pleased. If I could give more stars I would!! Roger
