Dr. Bakall was great! Waiting time in that office was long but i would say worth it. He was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He was clearly very knowledgeable and competent. Unlike other providers I've came across, I did not feel like just another number or that he was simply moving through appointments as quickly as possible. I truly appreciated the attention, thoroughness and professionalism he showed during my visit.

I am and blind in one eye because of a rash treatment choice made by Dr. Bakall. He never spoke with or contacted me after my eye was severely infected by him even though I was seen at his location for the next several weeks. His diagnosis was contradicted by other doctors both before and after his injurious treatment . His version of the diagnosis and treatment in my medical record does not reflect the reality that I went through. I had to be treated at Banner ER because the on-call doctor refused to see me when the infection was critical. Please avoid this practice.
Updated review on Dr. Bakall. Well it's been about a year since I started seeing new Dr. Bakall regarding my macular degen. He explains his procedures, cares about his patients, I recommend this Dr. & he has a great staff too!

My Mom has been coming to see Dr. Bakall for several years (unfortunately). But he is the best doctor and his staff is great too. Dr. Bakall is meticulous, which is crucial for this procedure. I truly appreciate the care they give my Mom.
Dr. Bakall is very professional and I have been seeing him for years, I have absolute trust in his work and he’s a great person as well!
Dr Bakall is the best! He projects pure competence and makes me so comfortable with the process. Yes, sometimes the office is busy but emergencies do come up. If it were you that needed care, wouldn’t you want to be taken care of when it counts?! To all the “grumpies” that complain, go somewhere else if you don’t like it! Trust me, it’s worth the wait!
