After earning his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, he trained at the Texas Medical Center and later founded the Prestige Laser & Cataract Institute in Las Vegas. He now practices in Arizona at Mohave Eye Care.
About Dr. Todd Jackson
Dr. Jackson brings extensive experience in both clinical and surgical ophthalmology, with a focus on modern cataract care. After earning his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin, he completed advanced surgical training at the Texas Medical Center. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles in the Las Vegas eye care community, including founding Prestige Laser & Cataract Institute — one of the first Swiss-inspired, full-service ambulatory surgery centers for cataracts in the western U.S. He also served as senior partner and owner of NV Eye Surgery before relocating to Arizona to join Mohave Eye Care.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Jackson has made significant contributions to global eye care through medical mission work in Africa, Guatemala, and Indonesia. He has participated in pay-it-forward clinics and continues to push innovation in the field, having authored a research paper on advanced cataract surgery and holding a pending patent for surgical equipment. Known for blending surgical precision with heartfelt patient care, Dr. Jackson remains dedicated to helping others see clearly — both locally and around the world.

Reception is friendly and welcoming. Dr Jeff B and his staff are very professional. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr Jeff explained my tests, asked questions and listened to my concerns. Ambere walked me out and helped me pick out glasses. She was really sweet. I would gladly recommend this team to others.

The ladies at the front were helpful & customer service oriented. The doctor was amazing & the optical dept was extremely patient & helpful picking out my new glasses since I couldn't see how they looked. So far, my opinion is they are wonderful & I would highly recommend.

Then they said I must pay $500 that Humana won’t pay so I had to leave with no glasses. When I got home, I checked online prescription sites and The charge here was double those. I even had my own frames I wanted to use, but these folks told me that not only will that not save me any money, but that if they break My framesor damage them, they won’t be responsible. It really feels like the finance office when you’re buying a new car. I just wanted glasses.
