Dr. McCarthy took the time to not only listen but explain my eye issues fully. I had a much better understanding of them than before. Can’t recommend him enough.
Dr. McCarthy is outstanding. Very thorough, leaves nothing to chance and makes no assumptions. In real time had me get an additional test just to rule out a low-probability problem, but again he wasn't willing to take any chances. He's the best.

My first impression was quite positive, as I was actually taken at the time of my appointment (not my experience elsewhere). Everyone I dealt with in this practice was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Dr. McCarthy was extremely personable, had obviously studied my previous records, made sure I understood the info about new findings, and made me feel very well taken care of. I was extremely pleased with my first time experience with Dr. McCarthy and the practice.

Dr McCarthy is a brilliant provider and his genuine demeanor is exceptionally helpful. He explains everything in a concise and cohesive manner. I consider myself lucky to be a patient!
