Dr. Hardten is a board-certified ophthalmologist and founding partner of Minnesota Eye Consultants, recognized as one of the nation’s leaders in the treatment of the cornea, external disease, anterior segment, and in cataract, refractive, and laser surgery, as well as in research and education. He lectures throughout the world on refractive surgery and research and has published hundreds of textbook chapters, articles, and abstracts.

I was treated well, if a little 'businesslike' initially. I wasn't given any explanation of what they were going to do before I met the doctor. I just followed someone from room to room to do a variety of tests. It was done very professionally but without any sort of pre-explanation. Maybe they presumed I knew what to expect. Anyway it was all done in a courteous manner and clearly very expertly. Dr. Hardten was excellent in every way.

I had several tests done before seeing Dr.Hardten. I couldn't believe the thoughness of them. Dr. Hardten was excellent, patient and kind in explaining everything to me. He was truthful in his guidance and advise and very patient with all my questions. I trust him to do my future surgeries!
