Dr. Holland Crosswell takes time with his patients explaining everything in detail and answers all your questions. He has performed several surgeries on my husbands eyes and we have complete trust in him. He comes highly recommend by my husband and I. to anyone. My husband has been one of his patients for ten years and completely satisfied.
Dr. Nunn was very thorough and answered all my questions.
Great group! Dr. Crosswell was the best!
Dr. Huey is very concerned, kind and knowledgeable about the care he provides and you will be extremely happy to have him as your Dr.
This is not a review of Dr. Newman or the Columbia Eye clinic as a whole. This review is based the service I received by one of the technicians that was checking the pressure in my eye on Monday, August 3, 2006. This tech lacked people skills. She was just nasty. Her words and tone was truly disrespectful. As she was attempting to check the pressure in my eyes, I blinked and move my head twice. The first time, she said you have to be still. The second time when I blinked and move, she said “what do you not understand “. In a nasty tone. Now, this is not my first time with her. She was nasty when during my first visit but I didn’t say anything. Let it go as she might have been having a bad day but no way, she just nasty. This really made me think about finding another doctor some place else. She needs to go. Just making a bad image for all the other nice and decent professionals that works there.
Everyone was kind, respectful and knowledgeable, I will continue to recommend your services to others.
There was very little wait time. Everyone was cordial, professional and caring. They did not rush through any part of the exam They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Dr. Mitze was friendly and informative, with research based answers.
