Dr. Lee Walker, MD

Dr. Lee Walker is a board-certified ophthalmologist affiliated with North Mississippi Medical Center-Tupelo and North Mississippi Ambulatory Surgery Center. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Mississippi College, graduating cum laude, and completed both his medical degree and ophthalmology residency at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, where he also completed an internal medicine internship.

Dr. Walker has been in clinical practice for over a decade and has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a range of eye conditions, including cataracts and glaucoma. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Walker has co-authored several research publications in ophthalmology, including studies on ocular trauma and contrast sensitivity testing.

He remains dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care to the Tupelo community and accepts a wide range of insurance plans including Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross, and United Healthcare.
