The staff was friendly, and the doctor I saw was knowledgeable and professional. HOWEVER, it took more than TWO HOURS to even get to see a doctor --> AND THAT WAS WITH AN APPOINTMENT.

This extended time allows our team to perform specialized testing, review complex medical histories, and provide the deep, individualized attention our patients require. We apologize that this dynamic was not clearly communicated to you beforehand, as we never want our patients to feel that their time is being undervalued. We are actively working on improving our communication during the scheduling process so all patients know exactly what to expect for their first visit.
