As a physician, I seek high-quality references from individuals. I trust when seeking elective surgery. I received such advice from a fellow physician who had a very successful outcome at Kugler Vision. My experience was identical to my colleague who recommended Kugler Vision. I had trifocal intraocular lens implant for early cataract formation. I have had extreme myopia since the age of nine years. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the Kugler Vision operation. The Front Desk (Missy) was extremely welcoming, and the quality of her home baked reception desk cookies was exceptional. All of the Support staff who used the six or seven machines to metric my eye anatomy and physiology were extremely competent and extremely gracious. As were the optometrists who assisted in the exam and follow up. Dr. Kugler conducted a pre-op Zoom interview that answered all my questions and reassured me. I had both eyes done at the same setting. It took less than 30 minutes. Within 24 hours my vision was extremely good and continued to improve over the next 24 to 48 hours. I am currently about three months postop. I had my three month follow up visit yesterday. Everything literally looks great. From Severe myopia I now have 20-20 or 20-25 Vision. I no longer use glasses. I do use a supplemental tier product that increases my eye comfort, but I believe this is due to long-standing age related Meibomian gland aging . I give the entire operation five stars only because they don’t offer six. I looked forward to every office visit and felt uplifted by the congeniality and warm reception I experienced from every staff member

Response from the ownerTJ, thank you for recognizing our team's effort—Missy, Dr. Kugler, and the entire staff will be so pleased to hear this! Everyone here is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for every person who connects with our practice, and your kind words reinforce that we're on the right track. —Kugler Vision Team

What an excellent experience. Kugler Vision did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the process from the moment I scheduled my first eye exam all the way until I had my Refractive Lens Exchange completed. The process of getting prepped for the procedure was smooth and the actual surgery went quick and was painless. After coming home, I got messages making sure my eyes were fine and reminding me to take my drops. I even got a call from Dr. Kugler that night making sure I was doing well. Thank you Kugler Vision!

I recently had refractive lens exchange with light adjustable lenses and blended vision at Kugler Vision, and the experience has been nothing short of life‑changing. Before making the decision to get a consultation, I was wearing two pairs of glasses at the same time just to get through my workday — one for the computer and one for reading. I had contacted an eye specialist in Lincoln and they said they weren’t able to help me with how bad my vision was. I was so thankful that Kugler Vision had an option for me! After two adjustments, I can see perfectly without any glasses for the first time in my life at 50 years old! 🥹🥰 The team at Kugler Vision guided me through every step with professionalism, kindness, and confidence. The procedure was smooth, the follow‑up care was exceptional, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re on the fence about vision correction, this is your sign. Kugler Vision gave me my freedom back. Thank you to my surgeon, Dr. Dickson, and all of the staff that has helped me gain my vision back! Best decision I’ve ever made!

I had the best experience. They let me know everything that was going on. I was so at ease and most pain free experience ever. I had opportunity 8 years ago to do the procedure but I talked myself out of it. Worse mistake ever. Thank you for restoring my eyesight. Todd Jasman

I had the refractive lens exchange procedure done with blended vision. From the initial consultation to the final visit, The Dr's and staff were very attentive to my needs. Everyone was very professional. The technology available now is amazing. Your lenses can be adjusted a few times to meet your vision needs or desires. After my initial procedure, my eyes were corrected just once more. Final result? 20/10 in my left eye and reading distance of about 24-36 inches in my right eye. Why that distance? With my job as a farmer and cattle feeder, the technology we use (cab monitors, tablets and computers) are usually that distance from my eyes. I was constantly removing my bifocals to read them. Then factor in the dust and dirt. I was constantly cleaning my glasses. This solved the problem. It's not a cheap procedure. But, I feal it was a great investment. I won't have to have cataract issues in the future either.

Response from the ownerThank you so much for the kind words! Our team holds itself to a high standard of care and professionalism, and feedback like yours confirms we're on the right track. We're proud to serve the Omaha community and are grateful for your trust! —Kugler Vision Team
