Dr. Mark is very kind and listens to my concerns as he completes a thorough eye exam. Then he explains my options, answers any questions, and advises how to proceed with the choice I make. Their staff is friendly and efficient which adds to a pleasant experience.
I just can’t wear these glasses it’s been a terrible week my face on the right side hurts so bad yesterday the left eye felt scratched and watered all day I know it’s from the trigeminal algia, but I can’t see to read if I don’t have glasses. I’d be better off just to use the frames that I bought from you and put my old prescription in those frames.. I can’t get anyone to bring over some thing is not right , dr was very nice and helpful and told me the truth that he couldn’t help the right eye, but the people that fit your eyeglass they didn’t fit the glasses right bifocal was way too big and you could the frame see it when you were trying to see
