It was a pleasant surprise with how quickly I got my appointments. The procedure was quick, interesting, and pain free. Even immediately after I couldn't believe how much better I could see when I was leaving than when I walked in. Both locations (south side & downtown) had staff and surroundings that were welcoming and had a calming effect. Loved the transportation service. Drivers were all prompt, friendly, and helpful.
