We were told the doctor in the er called the doctor their today to see me today at 11:30. Just to get there and he be in surgery and once explaining that to the front desk. The lady in the blue kept getting slick out the mouth and being so rudeee. I told her we didn’t wanna wait anymore because another doctor was able to see me instead and because on his door it said he specialized in glaucoma and lasik stuff. So she tried to basically make us to stay there till he got out of surgery after multiple times of telling her no. Rudest and terrible experience ever!! Do not go here!!!
Response from the ownerHello Priscilla Dr. Silk is a Cornea specialist and treats diseases on the front part of the eye. We were working you into our busy schedule as you were referred by the ER. Dr. Silk was in surgery today but he was planning to exam you once you completed the registration and tech screening during his lunch hour at 12. We have received numerous compliments about our staff and we hold all of them in the highest regard. We are happy that you have been able to find another doctor.Very nice people nice kind and smart doctor my eyes had a problem from one year ago I visited couple eyes doctor but when I visited doctor silk with his first prescription my eye gets better now I don’t have that problem I am very happy to see him
