I have been going to Omni Eye for about 4.5 yrs. for treatment of a swollen/leaking blood vessel in the back of my left eye. Doctor Wisotsky is great in explaining what the procedures and shots I am receiving for my eye issue. The intern staff are very professional and good at their jobs. I highly endorse Omni Eye.

My first impression: This place is quite large and busy, with many moving parts, but it sure worked like clockwork the day I was there (my first time) and all of the staff were really lovely: kind, cheerful, helpful, and professional. Two months later, after two surgeries: The staff are all great: professional, kind, responsive, with good communication skills. It's a fact that on every occasion I have had a fairly long wait. However, I don't sense this is due to the staff. If anything, I suspect there are corporate overlords attempt to maximize profit by cramming in a large numbers of patients per day, and the staff heroically work under these less-than-ideal conditions.
