Everyone was very nice helpful. Very clean place . They clean every machine after each use and before they use it to. They were great with giving information. I was very comfortable being there for all the testing.

I chose the cataract surgery that was covered by my insurance. Before the surgery, Dr. Grayson explained to me that I would still need reading glasses, but that I should not need glasses for distance vision. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. The surgery on my right eye went very well, and I achieved 20/20 vision. Unfortunately, my experience with my left eye was completely different. The procedure was extremely painful, and I did not achieve the expected result. My vision in that eye is now approximately 20/30 rather than 20/20. What has been particularly upsetting was being told by the doctor I saw after my left-eye surgery that this outcome was essentially my fault because I did not choose the $8,000 out-of-pocket procedure. I find that statement extremely troubling and inappropriate. I made my decision based on the information provided to me and on the coverage available through my insurance. I should not be made to feel that I am responsible for a poor surgical outcome simply because I could not or did not choose an expensive procedure that was not covered by my insurance. I am now seeking a second opinion from another doctor to determine why the vision did not turn out as expected, and whether anything can or should be done to improve the result.

Everyone there is very competent and friendly. The only negative comment I have is the wait time is horrible. Waited in the exam room over 45 mins to see Dr Grayson
