Dr. Robert S. Baker is a board-certified physician in Pediatrics, Neurology, and Ophthalmology with over 20 years of clinical and academic leadership experience. He earned his medical degree from the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine and practiced ophthalmology in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he earned a strong reputation for patient care and expertise.

Now retired from clinical practice, Dr. Baker is pursuing a new chapter in healthcare administration. With two decades as a department chairman, board member of a financial management organization, and active roles on university senate and hospital committees, he brings deep insight into operational leadership, HR, and strategic planning. Dr. Baker is open to a range of administrative roles across hospital systems or large group practices.
