They have the WORST scheduling system ever!! I understand we need to be patient but every time we check in we wait over 30 minutes pass our scheduled time. They do all these test before we see the doctor great he sees us for 20 minutes and then again waiting for over an hr for financial people like it’s seriously annoying and unprofessional.
I want to highly commend two of the staff at Triad Eye Institute at the 61st & Memorial location. Firstly I want to mention the stellar receptionist at fount desk. Her name is Brittany. From the moment I walked in, Brittany made me feel welcome. She was instrumental in taking the time to help me navigate my insurance & explained everything in detail to me. She was above & beyond friendly, helpful and supportive!!! I wish all doctors had receptionists of her professional caliber!! Thanks so much Brittany ♥️. I also want to recognize the technician named Key Candler, who is an exceptionally talented professional who helped me during my three hour appointment. Her knowledge, professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable, while explaining each step & process in detail, was nothing less than extraordinary! These two women are, of an absolute certainty, great assets to Triad Eye Institute!!! Cataract surgery is a serious decision to make, but I feel 100% at ease after being so wonderfully treated by these ladies from the get go!

Had Cataract (bad) left eye surgery almost a week ago..fast, no discomfort at all!! Now, on to the right eye!! Everyone was great!! Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional peaple. Waited for over an hour in their lobby with no communication from any of their staff. Finally cancelled the appt. and will not be back. Recommend you use another eye establishment.
