Dr. Bowden is a board-certified, fellowship-trained corneal and refractive cataract surgeon who founded Bowden Eye & Associates in 2001. One of the few cornea and external disease specialists in the region, he treats dry eye, keratoconus, and corneal disease and performs corneal transplantation using advanced techniques including PKP, DSAEK, and DALK. He served as the official ophthalmologist for the Jacksonville Jaguars from their inaugural season through 2020.

Was 10 mins late also called telling them and they said to still come on...40 mom ride for me....girl on phone was very nice..got there ans the girl behind the desk was selling the person in front of me eye drops...I asked the man politely if I can step in for a min because I was late and just wanted to check in..also telling the girl....15 more mins pass while she took forever to get this gentleman his eye drops she didn't even look at me...I asked if she checked me in....she then asked for my dob and was to late to see the doctor....while all she had to do was done that the 1st time do her job checking people in....I have been coming here for years...The Bentley office desk has always beem slow and rude...Saint Johns the total opposite....Doctor office policy is usually 15 mins grace time for being late I was 10 but her 15 min eye drop sale cost me my appointment due to her incompetence.....because of then other office and the Doctors are great I will come back just wanted to note the desk personals rudeness and inability to multi task ..
