I consider this large vision center a find! For the care of my eyes I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It was only my first visit and I was so impressed! The young lady optometrist was as thorough and pleasant as you can be, and so was Dr Robben, who explained my options thoroughly. This is a place where professionalism, empathy and friendliness are very evident.

Sue Iannello. Waited 3 hrs first visit - 4 1/2 hrs second visit. Dr. Bowden talked to his nurse most of my exam treating me as if I wasn't there. During lazer procedure he talked to his nurse about how much he enjoyed The Marshals on TV, again as if I wasn't there. Blury vision is back. Called to make appt. Was told someone would call me within an hour. No one did.

Bowden’s Eye & Associates was over the top. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, answered all my questions and just made feel good about making the decision to come to them for my eye care. The Doctor and his staff were very thorough. One of the best eye checkups I have had in a long time. Dr. went over everything, referred me to a retina specialist, made an appointment to return for another procedure that I will have done at their clinic. I felt at ease about all my concerns. Thank you for taking such good care of eyes. You know that they really care about their patients…. I would give them an A+

Excellent service! The technician who performed my refraction and exams was incredibly kind. She treated me with great care and attentiveness, addressing all my concerns with kindness and dedication. The specialist doctor was very special, kind, ethical, and highly professional. He treated me with great care, and the exam and communication were excellent. It's a shame I didn't memorize their names because I speak Spanish, but I'll never forget their faces. I highly recommend this clinic and would give it 5 stars, but I would give it 10 because they deserve 10 points and more. Thank you for your excellent care.

I wish I could give Bowden Eye Associates zero stars. Their billing department and online portal are a complete nightmare to navigate. They send email reminders to pay your bill, but you need an account number to log in, which is never included in the email. Even when you get the paper bill with the correct account number, the portal is frequently broken and falsely claims your information is incorrect. Trying to resolve this over the phone is just as frustrating. The automated menu is missing the option for over-the-phone payments, and if you try to leave a message, the system disconnects and hangs up on you. Total administrative failure.

Response from the ownerThank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We will be in touch with the clinical manager to address this situation.

My experience with Dr. Darbandi and Dr. Jenkins has been amazing over the last eight years. My eyes are in much better condition than when I started. If you have dry eyes and/or Sjogrens, I highly recommend Bowden and Associates. Thank you. Their office staff is also kind, caring and professional.

Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our team. We truly appreciate your recommendation.
