The office has a nice, comfortable setting. The staff greeting, when I enter the office, plays a MAJOR ROLE in what the overall atmosphere will be. When I first met Dr. M, I was very impressed with her professionalism. She made me feel at ease, showed that she knew what she was doing. She performed cataract surgery on my eyes. At first, I was scared to death. I have my usual follow-ups and feel at ease, and that is all that matters. ON THE HILARIOUS SIDE: Dr. M, as she's doing the exam, would be talking. I'm thinking that she's talking to me. Come to find out, she's communicating with her staff (that I can't see). Each time, I have to say OOOPS! I get a kick out of it each time. I have been going for the past 4 years since I arrived to SF. absolutely great group of people, very helpful, kind, and most importantly medically knowledgeable. I had surgery here to reduce the potential of retina detachment. And it was a great success. Overall great eye treatment facility. Highly recommend for those with more in depth eye issues.
