I love Dr. Mosaddegh, there maybe only a few Drs. In the world who understand and treat Dry Eye Disease and MGD while also innovating and driving excellence in the field, in her practice and the excellent people she manages and recruits. With that said, her success in treating these diseases, has caused demand for her services to skyrocket. I personally was not seen for my appointment with her or her nurse staff for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time, which I promptly made. Her and her staff’s time are very valuable but so are her patient’s time, and I hope that her office will see this feedback, and find ways to continue the excellent care and services provided while also keeping their patients time center of mind.
