Not what I was expecting rushed consult Doctor was in and out I had to stop him and ask him did he see the cyst that other doctors told me existed. He then came back and said oh let me look he saw it but told me it was nothing to worry about he was telling me this as he stood up and was basically ending the appointment. He asked me did I know what glaucoma and cataracts were it landed very condescending the way he spoke to me. He also started the appointment asking me if I was paying with insurance and if this was a worker’s compensation visit. I have never had a doctor start the appointment asking about payment so that was a little off putting. Non of the symptoms that I was experiencing were discussed I was only told that I should be better since the injury occurred on October. I am still having headaches and light still bothers me but he just told me I shouldn’t be having any issues. It was not a good appointment. I was disappointed.

I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding my recent visit. My wait time was approximately four hours, and I believe this is an area where improvements could be explored. Discussing patient wait times during staff meetings may help identify opportunities to improve scheduling, communication, and overall efficiency. I also wanted to bring attention to an issue that occurred during check-in. When the receptionist directed me to use the barcode, on the desk, to email my insurance card, a separate website appeared that requested payment information. This seemed unusual, and I recommend reviewing the process to ensure patients are being directed to a secure and appropriate system. Additionally, verifying insurance information prior to appointments may help reduce check-in delays and allow staff to provide a smoother experience for patients. I appreciate the work of the staff and hope these suggestions can help improve the overall patient experience.
