Very professional and curtious
Be sure to ‘see’ Dr. Jim Hayes for a cataract exam/evaluation - either as a first or second opinion. I was being ‘sold’ upgraded replacement lenses that I didn’t need. Dr. Hayes doesn’t sell – he provides what is needed with practical advice and accomplished expertise. Grateful that I was introduced to his practice.

I was impressed in which Dr Hays and his team explained everything. From greeting to what procedure and why to picking out the appropriate lens, etc was clear. In speaking to a few friends who have had cataract surgery, they actually did not know exactly what kind of lens they had.
Dr. Hays deeply cares about all his patients and their well-being!!! Marco also goes beyond in assisting Dr. Hays.

After having 2 procedures, the surgery center for Woolfson Eye seems to be well organized and focused on providing excellent patient care. From Registration and Check-in, to pre-op, to the actual procedure, and finally discharge, everything went smoothly and was well organized. I was very pleased with the way my procedures were handled and they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hays provided excellent surgical care and the care provided by the staff followed the same standards. I can recommend this facility to anyone planning to undergo ophthalmic surgery without any reservations.
