Dr. Pamel is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in cornea, external diseases, and refractive surgery and more than 20 years of experience, having performed over 20,000 LASIK, PRK, corneal transplant, cataract, and lens-implant procedures. He serves as a clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at New York University School of Medicine and as medical director of the Manhattan Surgery Center.

I had an 11:30am appointment and to my dismay, waited one hour and fifteen minutes before I finally got up and went to the receptionist and rescheduled. In my opinion, I’ve noticed that the office is OVER BOOKING which creates these long waiting periods. That needs to improve or you’re going to start losing customers.

I felt welcomed and very comfortable throughout the entire experience. I was extremely impressed with the technology. The approach to my eye problem is impressive. Apparently surgery is a possibility but stalled inltil natural recoveries are attempted.
