I had a phenomenal experience here with Dr. Kelly and his team before, during, and after my WaveLight Plus LASIK surgery. Everyone - the clerical staff, the techs, the optometrists - was such a pleasure to deal with. I was immediately impressed (and put at ease) by the fact that Dr. Kelly met with me personally during my consultation. He walked me through the various procedures he and his practice offer, and I ultimately chose to follow his advice and get the newest iteration of LASIK that’s currently available. During our conversation, Dr. Kelly was calm, confident, and assuring - exactly what I want to see from any surgeon. Some other practices steer you to a nurse, PA, or other assistant to the actual surgeon and demand a fee and follow-up appointment to actually speak to the doctor, which I do not like, but that wasn’t a problem here. I’m over a month out and am seeing 20/10 now. The entire process was convenient, quick, and legitimately life-changing. The return on investment for something like this makes it a no-brainer, in my opinion.
Got LASIK with Wavelight Plus at Kelly Vision, and overall, had a great experience. Dr. Kelly, Dr. Cortez, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and thorough. I'm a few months post-op and have nothing to complain about. Things can seem chaotic at times at the practice, with lots of patients and people shuffling between rooms a lot, but at the end of the day, they did a good job.
I had such a positive experience with Dr. B and the entire team with my LASIK procedure + aftercare. Before choosing them, I had consultations with several other LASIK providers in the city, and I often left those appointments feeling 'sold to' and feeling unclear about what LASIK was best for me. What immediately stood out here was how personalized and thoughtful the consultation felt. It wasn’t simply, “You qualify for LASIK.” They explained which specific procedure they recommended for my eyes and why. The entire experience felt very high-touch and individualized. That same level of care continued during and after surgery. I ended up having more follow-up visits than originally expected.Every time I came in, the team was incredibly accommodating, easy to reach, and welcoming. I have healed perfectly, and now have 20/15 vision! Thank you Kelly vision!
Dr Brissette and the entire practice was amazing! While corrective eye surgery is a daunting procedure, I felt calm and comfortable through the entire experience here. I love my new vision and highly reccomend this to anyone!
